Founder & Director
Chartered EngineerAvinash Kumar is the Founder and Director of Bloom Bharat Private Limited, bringing a strong academic and professional foundation to the renewable energy and sustainability sector. He holds a B.E. and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, specializing in advanced engineering and clean energy systems.
A Certified Chartered Engineer and Safety Auditor, Avinash possesses over 10 years of diverse experience spanning engineering design, solar energy systems, clean technology, and sustainable development. His multidisciplinary expertise has enabled him to lead and execute several high-impact clean energy initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led the concept-to-commissioning of 120 MW+ of clean energy assets, demonstrating strong leadership in project development, technical strategy, execution excellence, and sustainable infrastructure implementation.
Co-Founder & Director
Electrical Systems SpecialistRitesh Kumar serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Bloom Bharat Private Limited, bringing deep industry expertise and strong leadership to the company’s renewable energy initiatives. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from CIEM, Kolkata, equipping him with a solid technical foundation in power systems and electrical infrastructure.
With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in the solar industry and sustainable development, Ritesh has played a pivotal role in driving large-scale clean energy projects across India. His hands-on expertise spans project planning, technical design, engineering supervision, EPC management, and operational sustainability.
Ritesh has successfully led the concept-to-commissioning of more than 91 MW of clean energy assets, demonstrating excellence in execution, deep technical acumen, and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. His strategic approach and operational leadership have significantly contributed to the growth, credibility, and technological advancement of Bloom Bharat.
