1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bloom-bharat.com or requesting solar EPC services from Bloom Bharat Private Limited ("Bloom Bharat"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Solar EPC Proposals & Site Feasibility
All online calculator estimates, generation figures, and financial ROI models displayed on bloom-bharat.com are indicative models based on standard MNRE irradiance charts and DISCOM tariff rates. Formal commercial binding offers are issued following a physical engineering site survey and structural analysis signed off by our engineering team.
3. Equipment Warranties & Guarantees
Bloom Bharat supplies only Tier-1 ALMM-listed solar modules and MNRE-approved string inverters. Module manufacturers provide a 25-year linear performance warranty. Inverters carry 5 to 10 year manufacturer warranties. Bloom Bharat provides 5 years of comprehensive installation and workmanship support.
